Dr. Kristen Mabry

OWNER & VETERINARIAN

Bachelors Degree In Animal Science: Clemson University, 2011
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine: University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine, 2019

Special Interests: Diagnostic Imaging (Radiography & Ultrasound), Soft Tissue Surgery, Dentistry, and Preventative Care.

Dr. Kristen is a native of South Carolina and grew up in the Upstate. She has been part of the Oasis team since 2019. She has also provided veterinary care to rural families in Costa Rica and Panama through a mission organization.

Outside of work, you can find Dr. Kristen hiking, traveling, watching college football, working out, and spending time with her two adorable Golden Retrievers, Allie and Lexi. 



Dr. Atticus Mabry

Special Interests: Veterinary Dentistry, Cosmetic and Soft Tissue Surgery, & Critical Care of Hospitalized Patients

Dr. Atticus Mabry is a native of South Carolina, and grew up in the Upstate. He has practiced in Georgia and South Carolina, and has provided veterinary care to rural families in Costa Rica and Panama through a mission organization.

His family runs a beef cattle farm just outside of Greenville. They produce their own hay, and manage the entire operation through cooperation with other local beef cattle farms including the Burdette’s and Dyal’s. When he is not at the office, he enjoys spending weekends with Allie, Lexi and Finch (The Three Goldens) and friends at Lake Jocassee and Keowee, and the family farm.


Dr. Jonathan Blanton

VETERINARIAN

Bachelors in Animal Science: Clemson University 2003, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine: Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine 2007

Special Interests: Soft Tissue Surgery and Companion Animal Wellness and Preventative Medicine

Dr. Blanton was born and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and moved to Greenville in 2008 to practice veterinary medicine. He spent the first 10 years of his career working as the primary full-time veterinarian in a local private practice. Now he works part-time for multiple practices throughout the area.

Dr. Blanton spends his free time with family and friends, reading, cooking, and playing online competitive games with friends.


Dr. Katharine Welling

VETERINARIAN

Bachelors degree in Biology from Davidson College

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from UGA College of Veterinary Medicine

Special Interests: Internal Medicine and Preventative Care

Dr. Welling grew up in Greenville but has been in small animal private practice in Spartanburg for the past 15 years. She now works part-time at several clinics in the Upstate.

Dr. Welling and her partner Troy have 2 boxers. In her free time, she loves cycling, hiking with the pups and spending time in the mountains.


Dr. Summer Dorn

VETERINARIAN

Bachelors Degree in Pre-Veterinary Biology: Eastern Kentucky University 2011, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine: Louisiana State University 2016

Special interests: Emergency medicine, Soft tissue surgery

Dr. Dorn was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana and raised in Berea, Kentucky.  She spent the first 5 years of her career working as an emergency veterinarian at a 24hr hospital in Kentucky.  She moved to Greenville in 2021 to continue her work in urgent care medicine.

Dr. Dorn enjoys spending time with her beagle, Bailey.   Her hobbies include traveling, reading, and music.


Dr. Chelsea Albowicz

VETERINARIAN

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine: University of Georgia CVM 2018
Special interests: Preventative medicine, soft tissue surgery

Dr. Albowicz was raised in Rock Hill, SC and after studying mixed animal medicine in Georgia, she immediately moved to the Greenville area where she began working as a general practitioner in small animal medicine.

When not at work, you can find Dr. A playing softball or volleyball around Greenville with her fiancé or hanging out with her two dogs: Cooper and Blooper.


Dr. Zach Brown

VETERINARIAN

Bachelors in Animal Science, Clemson 2008.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine,
Mississippi State University 2013

Born and raised in Woodruff, SC.  After graduation, Dr. Brown practiced in Texas before returning home to the upstate.

When not at work Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 boys.


Dr. Logan McCraw

VETERINARIAN

Special Interests: Cosmetic and Soft Tissue Surgery.

Dr. Logan McCraw is a native of South Carolina, and grew up in Fountain Inn, where he and his wife recently purchased a home and returned home upon completion of veterinary school.

His family has run Burdette’s Hardware in Fountain Inn Since 1986 and he grew up working on his grandfather’s small cow/calf beef operation in Gray Court SC. Dr. McCraw still enjoys working with cattle and riding horses from time to time. However, he enjoys spending the majority of his free time with his wife Samantha, his dog Milo, his cat Winston, running and working on classic cars.


Molly Clayton

Hospital Administrator

Molly is originally from Hilton Head, SC and relocated to the Upstate in 2022. She has worked in Veterinary Medicine since 2016 and Office Administration since 2018. Molly's professional focus is on client and patient relations, team leadership and maintaining a top-notch standard of care.

In her free time, she can be found traveling, hiking in the mountains and being outdoors, and spending time at home with her 3 fur babies.

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a minor in Sociology from the University of South Carolina in 2016.

Amanda Hood

Emergency & Urgent Care Coordinator

 

Amanda is originally from Florida, and relocated to the Upstate in 2017. She has worked in Veterinary Medicine for 13 years as a Veterinary Nurse in shelter medicine, private outpatient care and a small animal intensive care unit. Amanda's professional focus is on emergency care, team leadership and community education & outreach.

In her free time, she can be found exploring the mountains and rivers throughout the Upstate and WNC."

She earned her Bachelors Degree in Biology: University of Florida 2010
